1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and using MindAbs, you agree to these Terms of Use. As a parent or legal guardian, you are entering into this agreement on behalf of yourself and the child who will use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a MindAbs account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment, renewal and refunds
Membership prices are shown on our pricing page and include GST. What we will and will not refund is set out in full in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Your child’s data
How we collect, use and retain your child’s personal data — and the rights you hold over it as their parent or guardian — is governed by our privacy policy, written to comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It forms part of these terms.
